We are able to assist students in their search of an apartment.
See page FEES. The registration fees are € 52.
Several formats are available:

1. accommodation with a host family.

The half-board includes the room, the breakfast and the dinner. The full board includes the room, the breakfast, the lunch and the dinner. The families, selected by our care, live in the centre of town or in a suburb of Montpellier.  We invite the students to let us know of their wishes.

1. independant lodging accommodation.

Studio ( from € 400), F1 (from  € 420) or an F2 (from € 450). 
During the summer period, the location is possible monthly, if not they must be rented from September or October to June.  The number of places is limited. 
A down payment equivalent to one month's rent is generally demanded by the landlords.
The apartments are situated in Montpellier.  From September to June, it is also possible  to rent apartments in the spas close to Montpellier : Palavas, Carnon,               La Grande Motte, etc.

1. apartment sharing.

With other French or foreign students, from € 100 per week. 
The number of places is limited.  

1. Student residences. 

Studio 18 m2,  € 400 per month (during 1 month minimum in the summer, or from October  to June); studio 30 m2 for 2 persons, € 360 per person (staying 1 month minimum for the summer, or from October to June)

1. Hostel residences.

the fees vary according to the number of rooms during the period of stay and the time of the year. These residences are situated in the center of Montpellier closed to the school.
